LiveTiles Luau Hawaii Offsite

Client: LiveTiles (Full-time,in house)

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii

The Brief: To reward employees for their contribution to LiveTiles’ continued revenue growth, the company decided to take all of its 150 employees to Hawaii for a three-day company offsite in February 2018.

My Role: As LiveTiles’ Global Event Manager, I was responsible for supporting the end-to-end management of the project, including venue procurement and liaison, creative development, talent management, program and agenda creation, entertainment, F&B, and all delegate activities.

Results: The three-day event was a roaring success, and employees left Hawaii with renewed passion and energy for the new fiscal year.
