Riskified Ignite SKO

Client: Riskified (Full time, in-house)
Location: Sintra, Portugal

The brief: Ignite was Riskified’s inaugural Sales Kick Off for its Go to Market Team. The first event of its kind at the company, Ignite brought 160 Riskified team members from across the globe to Sintra, Portugal for 3 days of educational sessions, inspiring speakers, networking and celebrating, with most of the team meeting in person for the first time since 2020.

My role: As the lead producer on the event, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, I was responsible for end to end execution of the program, overseeing travel, hotel booking, food and beverage, speaker rehearsals, talent booking and management, vendor management, program ROS, gifting, an event app build and internal communications.

The result:
The event was a resounding success among all internal stakeholders, and attendees walked away with new inspiration and motivation for the upcoming year. The implicit value of the event was made clear to leadership and all were aligned on continuing the event into future years.
